It is also slippery to hold with a cotten glove. I have to take it off to get a good grip on the stock. I'm afraid that the deer is going to see my white hand. Some rubber sounds good. Hope these are some good ideas Bill T.

Not to change the subject but, How is the Goose & Duck Hunting going. Any one got some pic they can put on the forum. Sure would like to see some.

Way to go Mark, nice bear. How many day's did you hunt for?

Just shoot it. The string will stretch. After some shooting you'll have to give that string some twist to put it back on that line.

How did you do that ? I'd just call Excal tomorrow and order them. How much they cost dose not matter, because if you don't get new ones all you have is junk. Good luck!

Herbinator, That's some nice video clips. It got my blood jumping. That's how to knock them down. You can't grill them, till you kill'm. Good hunting on 10th.
