Photo of Butt's Vixen
The stock has five coats of Krylon gloss black paint and four coats of Krylon clear coat. Was looking for a decal of a blue flame and couldn't find any. Came across this blue dragon and thought it was kinda cool, so I put it on and clear coated right over it . Butt

Gary L:
The photo you see on my stock is a decal of a blue dragon. I have a better photo of the decal that I am trying to post but the website I use is down at the moment. Hopefully I can post it soon as it shows it better.

Phoenix " Tack driver"
Hi fella's, set a Phoenix up last night for a customer at the shop. While I was putting her together, I got to thinking, I wander if this guy would be interested in trading for my Exocet 200. So after it was together, I put a bug in his ear (sort of speak) about my deal. I told him that I compete a ...

About forty to fifty turned out for the shoot. Hunteatsleep, aka (Skeeter) and I battled it out for 1st place, aka Skeet...

Exocet 200 "Grouping"
I was out this morning doing some fine adjustments on my Vixen for tomorrows 3D shoot. Got "er" dialed in. So I decided to get my Exocet 200 and try a few shots, well at 40 yards off hand, I shot a three arrow group so tight, I drove my third bolt right inside one of the other bolts. Talk ...

Guitarman, the shop is in the Sydenham area. It's the same place as Alton's tree farm, he sells Xmas tree's as well.

Muzzy broadheads
I too use Muzzy's and have had great success. Three blade 100gr. and have always lined them up with the fletch. Never just screwed them on and shot them, I guess because that's what I was always told. When I'm building my bolts, I screw the insert on the broadhead first then apply the glue turning t...

Painting Vixen
Want to dress my Vixen up for competition. Thinking on painting the deerhide brown stock and limbs a metallic black or metallic blue. Wanting to know what paint I can use that won't crack or chip off. I know this subject has come up a lot but need a refresher. Butt 8)
