Shooting high and windage off at distance....

Re: Got my accesories today...
One thing for sure , If your not careful you will spend $$$$ on things you might not really need .. IMO .. Hoping to avoid that...I reallylike the simplicity of the Matrix and would like to keep it that way, adding only what will actualy improve performance or useability...simple is good, i like si...

Tonights Matrix 380 tinkerings and question on brace height
Ok, my first tinkerings were to remove the riser and clean all the rail lube off the rails, then a few good coats of silicone was applied to the rails. The center serving was waxed with the ExWax, string waxed with string wax. Brace height is holding at 5/8" exactly on the scribed lines on the ...

Re: Rail Oil question....
String wax on the center serving? That seems like it would cause drag to me, and junk up the rails with wax?

Rail Oil question....
While the application of the Excal Rail Oil to the rails is pretty much a self explanitory thing, I was wondering if it should also be applied to the strings center serving as well, or is the contact with the oil on the rails from shot to shot enough to condition the serving with the oil as well? Al...

Re: Got my accesories today...
Anthony, Ive already got a couple things in mind...ok maybe 3 or 4 things lol. I have been doing a lot of reading here on the forum, and did a lot of reading online for about a month before deciding on and getting the Matrix 380. It was a big toss up between the Matrix 380 and the Micro 355 for a fe...

Got my accesories today...
I made an order with Borkholder Archery here in Indiana a few days ago, great service and fast shipping, kudos to those folks! just a few have to haves for the Matrix...extra string, a dozen Diablo bolts, rail oil and string wax, stringing aid, and one of the T handle arrow pullers. My brace height ...
