Takes a bit of getting used to and it's not made for fast cocking but I would not be without mine. Some people complain about the noise . I am able to cock my Phoenix without the clicker on , just be careful. As the string set into place , click safety on and back-crank a few turns. Jobs done.

What type and brand camera are you using ? OUTSTANDING pics. I am into some outdoor photog. myself but mostly been birds . Hope to get some deer and hogs this year.

My ENVY meter is pegged. Wish we had bears like that her in S. Georgia. We have some black bears in the swamps but are smaller and not very plentiful. Good luck in the coming days.

I saw one at Bass Pro for around $50 . Only problem for me is that I like straight fletch . I have a Grayling (sp ?)but you have to order the crossbolt holder separate . Jo-Jan has a jig for crossbolts that you can get straight or helical . Costs about $40 at Bass Pro.
