Loosen the screws on the rings and twist the scope to the left until the crosshairs are level again. Just be careful that the scope does not move forward or back. Some people put lock-tight on their screw so they don't come loose. Hope this helps.

It sure is differerent than deer hunting. I'm not saying that I don't think thats a rush as well. They are great tasting too. It's good to see that the MNR has opened up some WMU's to allow a second tag to be purchased. Unfortunately the area I hunt is not one of them.

The co-op in Port Perry, Ontario on Lake Scugog sells a sweet feed for $11.50/40kg bag. They also have a deer block that sells for around $14. It's similar to a salt block but has more mineral and protein in it and is made with molasses. Hope this helps.

Buckeye

My bait station was 10 yards out. The bear that I shot was about 18 yards as he was walking out.

Max and Me

Scored my second bear last Thursday with my Exomax. After 4 days of hunting during the first two weeks of the season and only seeing one small bear I was starting to wonder if I was going to have any luck this year. My bait station had been going great up until 1 week before the opener then it seeme...

We should try and get a forum goose hunt going. God knows there are more than enough birds to go around.

I'll be bear hunting next week in Bracebridge just south of Huntsville. Have had a bait going since August 4th. I put out about 200 lbs of food scraps that I get from a resturant and 300 lbs of mixed grains and whole corn. I was out there last Tuesday and it's all pretty much gone with only some sca...

I'm a shift worker with Toronto Ambulance. It's a 12 hr shift of days and night over a 6 week cycle. LOVE IT. As mentioned earlier you have more days off and they are not restricted to the busy weekends when everyone else has time off. Within the 6 week cycle that we work we have a full 7.5 days off...

Speaking as a person who spent a short time working for the OFAH back in 1999 I can assure everyone that the organization is definintely far from top-heavy. If anything it's at the other end of the spectrum. There is a small core group of professional. These are the technicians, technologist and bio...
