We have been using Spy-point for 2 years now. We have 6 cameras total. 3 of the cameras are IR-B 7 mp, 2 IR-B 5 mp and a IR-6 6mp. The IR-6 is a new one we got this year. I am using 3 Spy-Point 5 mp and 1 of 7 mp cameras. We have been using them since Jan/09. Never had a problem with them. Got them hooked up to solar panels and rechargeable batteries. They work great in the cold. Put 2 of them out in January and they took great pictures. I was even able to do upgrade...

Thanks for the information. I will give them a look. We are trying Spy-Point cameras this year and would like to put solar cameras on them. The Spy-points are working great so far. Had Bushnell last year and they did not work out to well. Thanks again for the links

Solar Panels

I am putting solar panels on my trail cameras. Was wondering what angle the panels have to be at to get the most sunlight. Would the panels have to be on a 60 or 45 degree angle to the sun? Also do the panels work better when the sun is at it highest point or more towards the afternoon sun? Tried to...

I was back at my Dad's farm this morning. As l looked down the road about 15 deer crossed onto the farm. All looked to be in good shape. The girlfriend wad checking the area on her ski's and she seen tracks all over the place.

I hunt south of Ottawa on one of my father's farms. l have had the same problem. Twice this year l heard wolves less than a 1/4 mile away. lwas hoping that l would see them a get a shot at them but it never happened.l am sure that if l keep going back l well get them.

I used whole corn back a couple of years age. The problem l had was that birds chipmunks and everything else would get into it. So l went to the Trophy Rock and it solved that problem. I have been using it since and have had great results. The web site is "trophyrock.com". Frommthe picture...

Try giving Al;s corner store a call. They are near Arnprior. Also try Gobble "N" Grunt on the Gilles side road a call. They both deal with Excalibur. Both of these people will be at the Carp sportsman show on April 11th 12th and 13th of April 2008.
