I am so paranoid about pulling a cocked bow up to my stand WITH the safety on that I put a heavy rubber band around the stock and then over the safety to ensure that it will no be accidentally tripped off if it hits the trunk or a limb on a nearby tree. Set it up early, and deer will get used to it. I used a "Big Game" two person stand last year. Love all the extra room it provides. Used a "blind" around it to hide movement/outline......

Try saying the word "Kick", and "cholk". It is amazing how little air is needed to get a mouth call to work. When I first started I was trying to blow air over it and couldn't make it work.

A local dealer is getting one in Thrusday. I am going down to check it out. But, from what I am reading, it is only 2" shorter in the limbs that the Max so I will probably stick to the exomax.......
