Huge wind storm. Launched a 2x4 from on top of my dog runs, through it!! Another piece took out a chunk of eves trough on my house. A third piece smashed the railing on my deck. A 4x8 sheet of metal roofing went OVER my house. It was nasty!!

The 10 pt would likely score 120ish. Estimate about 175 live weight. The 9 pt was bigger bodied, estimated about 200 live weight. Guessing they are both 2.5-3.5 years. There certainly are some bigger bucks around. Have seen a non typical monster twice now in the area I hunt.

My racks

A pic of the headgear from the 2 bucks I have taken this year. Neither are record books but what an amazing (and lucky) season I have had. Took a nice fat doe October 1 as well.

Bigger than Hanson's???

I bet this thread will get a lot of attention because of the title, and it should provoke some interesting conversation. So where will the next world record whitetail come from??? The Dryden buck was very close. Do you think Southern Ontario currently has a world record buck?? With all the agricultu...

Got the new one and upgraded to a lumizone. No problem at all with it. Grunted in a nice 10 point last week, so I am all tagged out....until muzzle loader season.

A great first year for me...doe with the xbow, 9pt with the xbow and a 10 pt with the SG.

Thanks.

AFter the gun hunt.

In Southern Ontario, two week gun hunt started yesterday. As far as bowhunting, what should I expect after the gun hunt is over?? Our bow season runs until the end of December. I assume it will take a few days to settle down following the gun hunt, but what should I expect post gun season, post rut?...

More likely just the way the broadheads fly. I had to adjust when switching from field points to broadheads.

I think the next few days will be the prime. Saw a huge buck today on the move, nose to ground the whole way.

I can upgrade from a varizone to a lumizone for $50.

Worth it or not?
