I suggest the cocking aid, not only is it easier it also aids in assuring equal cocking distance.
I would also suggest a varizone scope as well.
As far as broadheads I recommend Muzzy, of course I am biased, I have used them for years.

If I were you, I would adjust it so it is between the two lines, and then worry about adjustments again if it falls anywhere outside of the marks.
