One suggestion; for our work shirts I had a small Canadian Flag added to the back of the neck, added a very nice touch.

Also, might help you neighbors to the south be mistaken for Canadian, eh?

Cheers,
Mike

Rocks!

I travel very light, very small pack if at all.

A hunting buddy of mine carries a packsack full of crap he never uses. One year I put two 3 lb rocks (nice pretty white ones) in the middle of his bag. He carried them for 2 or 3 years before finding them.

I always skin deer with a rope (and a rock or large nut). I have skinned them with my tractor, truck, winch, wifes car... :D This does an excellent job and keeps your meat hairless, you don't cut up the meat and the hide is in perfect shape (except where you shot it). I took pictures of this process...

If what the new says is true... the media has a nasty way of only telling half of the story, usually embellishing it to make headlines. :? Assuming the assault was as one sided as reported... I don't want them set to Afghanistan to 'represent' Canada. I think I best if they served jail time where th...

Here is a link to CRA appoved softwares (including Studiotax 2006).

It is approved but is limited, if you have special circumstances then you need to use something else.

The link includes a list of approvals and limitations.

A co-worker use it last year and he said that it works fine. I trust his opinion, no just BS.

My brother-in-law works for Revenue, I left a message for him to check up on it for me. I will post his answer.

I had not heard of it before, thought I would share the info for others here.

O/T Canadian tax software - free!

I just received an email with a link to a FREE tax software. I have never used it but I have been told that the results compare exactly to Quick tax.

Won't help you guys in the US though...

The Express is a lower quality gun; the Express was always less $ than the Wingmaster. A buddy just bought the Express a few weeks ago and I don't like the feel of it at all, very light and tin-can like feeling to it. I would highly recommend a 3 inch, 3-1/2 is to big. 870 SPS = Special Purpose Synt...

Maybe I should reword that, there are LOTS of really nice guns out there but in by opinion the 870 is the workhorse. Get a 28" barrel and the remchokes, good for every kind of game. Add a deerslayer barrel if you like (I don't bother with the rifled barrel). http://www.remington.com/products/fi...
