Re: Help needed with new Micro 315 with Deadzone

Well it's fixed. 1/2" at 40 yards... a little closer than that at 20 yards. Damn this thing is accurate!

Thanks for the feedback! Now just have to find a replacement screw.

Re: Help needed with new Micro 315 with Deadzone

Dead on at 20... low 6 at 50. Update: the screw is missing from the speed ring. I stole one from my rifle scope and now the magnification works. It's my sons bow... he's been working at it for a week or two and finally gave up. Question 1: is the speed ring screw supposed to lock the ring after sett...

Help needed with new Micro 315 with Deadzone

I need some advice on a Deadzone scope. The problem I have is the speed ring does not do anything. Setting at the highest or lowest speed makes no difference at 50 yards, always 6" low. Any experience with this or advise?

Cheers,
Mike

Are you sure that that site does what it says? I wonder what the real text of the petition says! :?

If there was lobbying involved then i would like to see the OFAH have a petition.

I have a tractor with a loader and a 6' blower to handle this crap; the biggest problem I have is all the neighbors with the 'puppy dog eyes' :( . Nice to help out but this is becoming a full time job. Last night I un-stuck a 5 ton truck and a school bus on our dead-end road. The snow banks are so b...

Nice piece in that interesting photo. Can't take that out in Canada I only wish. Even if you register the hand gun your not permitted to carrie one? You can't remove the handgun from your property where the gun resides without permission to transport. If you live in the city and want to take it to ...

I remember taking the test years ago, and the one question I got wrong was really dumb. In the booklet, they said that a .22 bullet travels up to one mile. OK. Got that. The question was- If you fire a .22 straight up into the air, how far will it go? I chose one mile. The correct answer was two mi...

Thanks guys! I did the test over the phone this afternoon and I got 29 out of 30 correct. I did read the book and some notes from an instructor I know and it made a huge difference. Even though I hunt alot and have hunted for over 30 years the manual is essential to passing the test. The test wasn'...

I have a Porkert Grinder that I motorized - works very well. A buddy just bought one from Princess Auto for cheap; the first one worked like crap - we inspected the auger and it was oval shaped. he took it back and got another one with a round auger - works perfectly. The Princess Auto #32 comes wit...

Piece of crap....! Kidding, nice machine neighbor! A friend of mine got one last summer - nice ride. Not a tough as my '94 F250 Diesel though  - not as rough either. For your sake here's hoping you don't actually use it to get a deer. It cost $3200 to repair damages to my Chevy. N...
