I've heard that moose is awesome but I haven't had any. I ate a ton of elk last year and I love it, but I think the taste of elk meat is really dependent on where it came from and what it was eating more than any other animal. I've gotten away from blind calling. Generally now I only call when a see or hear a deer already.
