String Serving Question

I would like to replace the Serving on my Exomax . I have Polygrip Braided BCY in .025 . Would this be a good serving material for the Exomax ? If not what should I get for material .

First Harvest with the Max

After a long winter I was able to hunt yesterday with the opening of our Turkey season. I had spent the winter shooting indoors at Turkey targets and was excited to get out in the field with the new Exomax. I arrived at my spot and was calling for about an hour with no luck not even a gobble then so...

Hunting Tool

Here is a tool I have used for many years for hunting. When I go out and scout I put the coordinates into my GPS . When you get home you can move the cursor on the map for latitude and longitude and pin point what you found on your scouting trip . I can mark all the beds and feeding areas I find . C...

Gary I dont know what to say. I went out today and got a grayling fletching jig and some 4" vanes . I used the carbon to set the jig up and fletched a 2219 gamegetter at 451 gr . I shot of a rest and took my time on the trigger pull and the arrow went to the right a half inch. Then shot the car...

Gary here is what I found out . The gold tip carbon have a 4 degree right hand offset . My 2219 are a straight fletch . This is why my carbons shoot to the right. What I would like to know is what have people found that works for them 4'' vanes or 5'' and what degree do they use.

Gary my thinking was that the 4" vane was spinning faster then the 5" vane causing it to shoot to the right . I must admit crossbows are a new venture for me so I dont know all the answers or if I am asking them right.
