Re: Welcome to license/permit/tag/stamp season.
When I first saw your cost I thought holy crap then I saw you were hunting 3 states so that’s not bad at all. In Ohio I bought 10 year hunting & fishing license for 180.00 each then our deer tags run from 15.00 to 31.00 depending on the type of tags you buy. I just buy the deer tags as I need th...

Re: favorite gun manufacturer
I can’t name just one manufacturer I’ve got several from over at least a dozen different makers if I could only have one it would be one of my 870s or 1100s.

Re: O/T favorite hunting caliber
My favorite rifle cartridge for deer is the 450 Bushmaster 2nd favorite would be the 350 Legend. In Ohio it’s straight walled cartridges only so I really haven’t experimented with anything else. On yotes I have an AR set up with 223/556 or a bolt action 22-250. In pistol it’s 45 caliber my number on...

Re: Need hunting truck
Good luck in your search a good used truck is hard to find then when you find one it’s almost as much as a new one. I’ve had two dealers contact me to try to buy my trucks I’m happy with what I’ve got and plan on keeping them for awhile.

Re: FOR THOSE WHO EXCAL CB HUNT IN T.P.R. OF NEW YORK
Sell the land and move to Ohio.......but seriously in New York by reading the law a 17 “ minimum limb width and the 200 lbs maximum I don’t think there are a lot of choices out there even from other companies. I don’t think Tenpoint here in Ohio even makes one over 15” wide anymore. I’d get some of ...

Re: Inserts/ Field Points
Good luck trying a couple of years ago I lost two arrows in mine I tried everything I could to get those arrows out and had no luck. I contacted Rhinehart and they sent me a new target and had me send the other one back so they could do some testing with it when they sent me the new one I sent them ...

Re: Anyone use a propane heater to heat the garage?
I’ve got two of these Mr. Heater Big Buddy 4,000-18,000 BTU Portable Liquid Propane Heaters they work great for me I use them in my garage and at the hunting cabins they work good for me and do a good job only complaint is they go through the propane if you would go with something like this I’d reco...

Re: 92 or 110
Thanks for the response I wasn’t sure if 110 grains insert with a 125 BH would be too much weight up front on a 16.5 arrow. I’ll give it a try and see how they fly. All my 18s are set up with 92 grains and they shoot great.
Thanks again

92 or 110
I’m in the process of cutting down some BEZs and BEEs down to 16.5 for our Axe and 400TD bows with the 16.5 arrow which would be the better insert the 92 grain or 110 grain inserts. All my broadheads that we shoot are 125 grains. I have plenty of both inserts just looking for some advise if the 110 ...

Re: Plano Spire Case: What fits?
Nice write up on this case my son has one of these for his 340, that was only thing I didn’t like about it was no real place for the quiver. BTW have you tried the explorer case for your take downs I’ve got one for my 400 TD and love it it’s a well made case with lots of storage.

Re: Innovation
Since Peter is on here can you answer a couple of questions will the Rhino nocks be sold separately and what is the weight of the new nocks, and can the new quiver be purchased separately. The new Rhino nocks weigh 20 grains, the old inserts weigh about 18 grains so not much difference. BTW the Rhi...
