Here is a link to do this. There are severial was to do it. I am doing it with beetles. You need to be careful doing it by boiling it. It takes longer with the beetles but I am in no hurry.

This year in Quebec they allowed Xbows in regular archery season. They are going to allow this from now on.

I am new to xbow hunting have been rifle hunting for 30 years. I understand the concept for twisting the string as it stretches but how do you know how many times to twist it?
