Re: Opinions on Matrix

I went to check out a 350 today and like it very much, great size, reasonable to cock and probably all the punch I'll need. Owning my Phoenix and having it shoot 305fps, I think a 350 or 355 will be the next Excal, I figure with a 450 gr+ arrow, it should carry enough kinetic energy to take down wha...

Which Way is Your Fletching R or L

I'm curious to know if there are many who prefer a right or left fletching. As of right now, my arrows are all right hand, but I think I'm going to try some left and see if I notice any difference. I never really gave it much thought and all my bought arrows are right, so I just kept fletching them ...

So there's no set weight, I can basically add what I need to get a decent amount of deflection to measure the shafts then?

Re: Excellent costumer's service

It's always tough to read a story here about any issues, knowing first hand Excal goes way beyond what other companies do to make sure their customers are satisfied! This is a perfect example of how well they take care of the customer.

Mom and Pop shop feel from a big company is awesome!

Re: String Jig Done; Pic Added

Looks good! You can use a joiner piece and threaded rod for shorter strings. You will need a weight to hang on your shaft to help find the spine. http://images.lancasterarchery.com/media/catalog/product/cache/1/image/13db83bec1fbd986744c31150a1b2502/3/6/3610001_2.jpg I'm just making my weight hange...

String Jig Done; Pic Added

I recently bought an adapter for my welder to weld aluminum and with my string in need of reserving, I welded up a multi purpose jig out of aluminum tubing I had. It's adjustable, so it can hold all 3 size strings to serve them and added an arrow indexer off to one side. My camera and computer aren'...

Re: Blob vs rinehart 18-1

I can't seem to find the video, but I seen one made with a feed sack and rags for broadheads. It's inexpensive, light weight and just the sack will wear out, plus the arrows will be easy to remove.

Looking for BEE's

Any idea where I can buy BEE bare shafts North of the border? I've come up empty with any of searches online and none of the local archery shops near me carry them. Or does anyone recommend the next best thing to them? I'm looking to experiment with some different fletching and want to be sure the b...
