Hi Mike. I'm green with envy! My old Sony FD-73 has been doing weird stuff lately and I've threatened to buy a new digicam. It's a 10X, and I've used it to death. I've taken over 10,000 pics with it and it does a good job, though now obsolete. Hate to see it go. So tell us, what was the 'damage' on ...

I ran into 5 scrapes in a row along a tree line a couple of weeks ago. I thought this was pretty early for scrapes around here. I put my first stand up this morning behind my house, and will put up another this week across the road. The woods is sure beautiful right now, and the trees are full of th...

I used the method on the video once, and nearly dislocated my shoulder. Never again! I'm disabled and don't have a lot of upper body strength, so I always use a beater arrow and shoot into the ground. Now here's a new one for you. In my state, it is illegal to have a field point in your possession w...

The one I have is made by Drew Foam, Monticello, Arkansas. Believe it or not, I found mine laying along the side of the road. It must have blown out of a truck or something. I have seen them at WalMart in the past, though. It is just a shade under 12" thick, and is the perfect thickness for sho...

I saw them for sale last week. The one I saw looked like one of those hand held video games. It had several different calls, and I played them all several times in the store. I didn't call in any deer, but people were rubbernecking me from a good ways away so the sound must carry okay. I'm not sure ...

I bought my Exocet in '97, and it is now getting a bit worn looking with faded paint and lots of scratches and dings. Eight seasons and 10 deer later, I'm still in love with my Exocet. Till death do us part! (Hopefully I will outlast the bow, but I wouldn't bet on it! )

Hi Gary... Yep, that is you all right. Good buck.. Hope you get him.. Hi Woody! Glad to be back here for another deer season. Like someone said, the buck in the pic is in the process of getting his winter coat. The grey spots you see are the places where the summer coat has already slipped, reveali...

Mark, are those stocks pre-inletted or did you do them from scratch? Both really nice. I've stocked quite a few shotguns and several rifles over the years and I've found that once I put a AAA fancy piece of walnut on a shotgun, it doesn't get hunted much after that. I just can't see taking a b...

Here's my mug shot. Hope it worked! One week till season, and I've got the Exocet strung up, tuned up, and ready to go. I've had the trail camera out and have gotten some pics of bucks that look pretty good. This pic was taken a couple of hundred yards from the front door of my house. (I live in hea...
