Hatchet Jack: I'm pretty sure it was the too light arrow, from what I've picked up here. I know Barnett worked w/ me on the Commando, I said that was my first xbow, but forgot about a Whammo 80lb I had in about 1968 while in USN. Rigged it up for fish, shot a biggun, off the ship I was on, and away ...

Believe it or not, I've read every page and all the archives. Know there are alot of Barnett guys out there which I respec...

Back in August last year I decided to get a xbow. Ordered a Barnett Quad 400 from Cabelas. Later the same day, heard about Excal, so I ordered an Exomax. UPS brought both the same day. Never even opened the package w/ Barnett. Sold it to a friend, and we were shooting it one day trying to get it to ...

Greywolf: It's legit, I've bought things from there in the past. Some of his deals are better than others, you can end up paying too much. Lots of discontinued or re-conditioned items. As I recall, the "buyers club" was about $25 @ year.

Nice looking rabbits!! Here's a trick you might try. Hold the rabbit belly up w/ his head at your body, put both thumbs on the rib cage and start squeezun the innards toward its rear. You will hear a pop when they break loose. Then you just crack em like a whip, and almost all the entrails are layin...

John, Thanks for the input. I would guess that geography would account for part of the problem, I doubt any one from Canada would travel to Arkansaw for what we have to offer. I'm thinking I can't really afford to go to outfitters, and since we are fortunate to have xbows for all, something might wo...

Good one Bushmaster! Just heard this one and can't resist. Seems there was a guy stuck in a traffic jam for over a half hour. A trooper came walking back between the lines of vehicles, so the guy asked him what the delay was. The trooper told him Hillary Clinton's motorcade was ahead, and that she w...

Two ranchers are talking over coffee one morning. The 1st one tells his friend he doesn't think he'll get calves in the spring, as his only bull won't perform.. The 2nd one tells him he's heard of that problem before, it's called "lazy bull", and the vet has meds for it. The 1st one stops ...

Read all your posts several times, my part of Arkansaw is so rocky that if you see two touching today, there will be three there tomorrow, please explain how to uncock an Exomax w/o ruining an arrow? Saw a pict in manual w/ one side of rope cocker tight to rail, w/ one hand on other handle. I believ...
