String Makers Question
I have been building my own 2 bundle flemish dacron strings for a few months now and I was looking to expand into making tri color strings. While looking for knot ideas I came across the eye line splice. This is a method of taking a 3 strand rope and making a non slip end loop by braiding it back in...

One thing you could try would be to wash them, dry them completely and seal them in a couple laye...

Aluminum arrow building question
I am working on building a dozen new arrows from Easton 2216 aluminum shafts. I am using the Easton aluminum inserts on the front but cannot seem to find the black plastic looking threaded inserts for the back. Excalibur's website makes a reference to CAP inserts for the back end, but searching for ...

The photos were taken in a traditional Michigan basement. I took the photos with the aid of a sound trigger with an adjustable timing delay. It works on the same principle as the plug in wall clapper that turns stuff on and off when it hears a loud noise. The design I built is the same as this one y...

Greetings and photos
First off I just wanted to say hello to everyone on the forum. I have spent quite a bit of time reading through but never got around to posting anything myself. This also seems to be the place for crossbow tinkerers to compare notes and work on improvements. I was playing around with the question of...
