Re: Late night impulse
Thank you Bro. Ron for giving me guidance and extending me a steady hand. If left do repent you will be the first to know.

Re: Late night impulse
I started with an old Horton, then a couple of Barnetts, and a TenPoint. Then I saw the error of my ways and got hooked on Excaliburs. Have had 7 different ones so far.

Late night impulse
For some years now I have been an avid Excalibur owner but I have a confession to make. Last week while checking out Ebay late one night I made a rash impulse purchase. Oh the disgrace I have brought to my family name! I bought a wheelie crossbow. I don't know what the heck came over me. My only sav...

Re: New Years Excalibur wish list
I would like to see a laminated wood stock option on all models. I can not stand the militarized look of hunting gear these days.

Re: Your favorite.
As of this date, lol, my favorite Xbox is my Micro 335 converted down to a 315. No strain to cock but plenty of power. I might even be tempted to sell my 355 and just shoot one bow.
You know the whole KISS idea but have some back-up limbs at the ready.

Smartphone app
I upgraded my smartphone recently but can't find the Excalibur app online that is on my old phone so I can install it on my Galaxy S7. Any suggestions.

Re: HOLY SHHH!
If you look closely at the pics. you can see some sort of rubber arms sticking up ftom thenlimbs by the air brakes. They remind me of Dr. Stirrup silencers.

Re: Micro string
The problem has been solved by taking doehunter's advice. Went to the hardware store and got a few feet of 1/8 " coated cable. Replaced the rope in the stringer, drew it up snug on the bow with no stretching or slippage and in no time had my string adjusted perfectly. Thanks doehunter for the a...

Re: Fun with old guns
I have a Stevens Crackshot model 17 that was only made in 1915. A sweet little 22 single shot with fixed sights but hits where its pointed out to 30 yards.

Re: Fun with old guns
I've got a Remington 12 just like yours. A great little squirrel rifle and plinker. I love the old time guns. Most of my rifles are 50+ years old. And one is 101 but it still shoots fine.

Re: Scope Rings for Matrix380
I use low Weaver Quad-Lock rings. Very strong snd lightweight. Nice low mounting so I hand file the scope base ends down to get clearance for the scope ends.

Re: Bear by Canoe
That's so cool! I have tried deer hunting from a canoe a few times. Really a nice quick , quiet way to get away from the crowd and into the deeper woods. No meat yet to show for it but I am not giving up yet.
