Re: Matrix 350SE Owners
It might! My speed string from Vixenmaster just got delivered today (or so says USPS tracking). Once I can chrony it with the same string as the 355, it may become the primary and the 355 the secondary.

Re: Matrix 350SE Owners
The 350SE is an excellent choice for a bow. I just picked one up recently to be my backup to the 355. But with multiple kids hunting now, I'm sure it won't be a closet queen. Mine had the REDS already, so I only needed to add the ADF.

Re: New matrix 355 owner
The Matrix 355 is a very nice bow, congrats and welcome to the group! You can't go wrong with any of the major string makers, just get yourself a string from any of them and you'll be happy.

Re: Need a couple new Excals, anything to stay away from?
As long as it has Excalibur in the name, you've picked a good one. Personally, I would say go with the Matrix 350LE/355 models. Even with a tweaked back from last weekend I can pull the rope and get that string to click in. Can barely bend enough to put on socks and tie my shoes, but I can ready the...

Re: HELP GRIZZLY AN REDS
I've got a Cub, and I don't think the line is the brace height mark. Mine has the Danny Miller baby bumpers on it, and with the new string from Mike it sits about 1" from the rail joint and has about the right distance from the bumpers (3/8" to 1/4", haven't measured it exactly, just ...

Did you hold it all the way to the cash register?

Re: DeadZone scope rings
I mounted the scope just like it is pictured on a Grizzly, and I'm happy with it. The scope caps now fit, and the eye relief is just right. Now it is stretching out the the new string from vixenmaster so I can get it sighted in and ready for poker season.

Re: DeadZone scope rings
Maybe the rings just need to go forward a notch or two. Looking at the pics of the Grizzly with a Dead Zone, it appears the rings go on the 4th from the rear gap where on this Cub the previous owner had them on the 2nd from the rear gap. That would get the front of scope further forward and the scop...

Re: ShadowZone scope rings
Well, it's sitting on top of the Guardian ADF, so whatever rings are normally included should fit. These rings make it sit real low (I just fixed the pics).

DeadZone scope rings
Quick quesiton to the group. I just acquired a Cub for the kids to use and it came with a DeadZone mounted to it. It seems to be sitting a little low on the ADF, and wondering what size rings would be more appropriate for this scope? The scope cap doesn't even fit in the gap, so I don't think they a...

Re: Sanity check: Matrix 355 or Micro 335 Gen I?
Yup. keeping the 355. I asked him what his best price was, just in case it was too good to pass on and purchase now anyways. He said $550, because he just sold it to somebody else for that. And it had a TactZone on it too. It's the one that got away! I'm next in line if the deal falls through though.

Re: Sanity check: Matrix 355 or Micro 335 Gen I?
Thanks guys - just about everyone I was hoping to respond actually responded. Keeping the Matrix it is for this sanity check. While I have no problems pulling the string on the Matrix as I'm closing in on the 50 mark, you are right and 10 years from now may prove to be difficulty with the Micro with...

Sanity check: Matrix 355 or Micro 335 Gen I?
I need a sanity check from my fellow addicts! My bow is the decked out Matrix 355 (see signature) and I picked up a Cub for my 21yo who is 5' and couldn't even ready my first bow, an Axiom SMF. If she took my Matrix out (I would ready it first before she walked out back to the blind) that left me wi...

Re: Blk Magic Woman
I think he'll understand. Sometimes guys get their eyes fixated on only parts of their woman and don't notice their feet (or bottom of their box).
Though being a string guy, I would think you would have seen that first!
