Re: Having a hard time finding zero
I agree with janesy. I own one of the first M380. Love that bow see no need to get any other. That being said that bow shakes screws loose faster than any of my high power rifles. Lock tite be darned. I’m lucky. I finally realized that when my bow starts shooting 6” low at 20 yds my screws are loose...

Re: Assassin problem
Glad you fixed your problem. I know what a pain a malfunction can be in middle of hunting season be it bow or gun. Unless I missed the explanation of the problem in a previous reply. What exactly was the issue and how did you fix it.

Re: 335 serving damage
Let me start off by saying I agree the string needs to be either replaced or reserved and the latch needs to be addressed. I have a question though. Can he buy another hunt or two by swapping the string around. That way the fray would be against the smooth latch. Would still need to fix the rough la...

Two Way Radios
I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for a pair of good Two Way Radios (Walkie Talkies). I need a radio with an honest 5 mile range through trees and open fields. My son and I hunt two separate farms and we’d like to be able to talk to each other. I know some Radios advertise a 36 mile ...

Re: Scope to Red Dot
I copied and pasted this from a previous post I replied to. Hope you find it helpful. I shoot a Matrix 380 got it when the first came out. I mounted a Leupold VX-R 1.25x4x20 on it with Warne quick connect rings. I sighted it in at 25 yards and simpley hold dead out to 30 yards. Couple of things I li...

Couple of things I like about the scope. First if the battery goes dead you still have the reticle, Second ...

J-Wheelz
I was wondering if anyone had any personal experience with these ATV wheel attachments. I'm particularly interested in how they preform on muddy trails. The area of Wisconsin that I hunt has many of these muddy trails. I know that the advertisements usually show something in it's best light which is...

Re: spam is back
I just counted 18 as of this posting date and time. I really have no idea why they do this. They can’t really expect anyone to buy their products. The posts (if that’s what you can call them) seem to be incoherent jubberish. Are they another CB competitor just trying to muddy our site. I really just...

Re: Arrow Turn-Around
Don’t mean to muddy the water so to speak but I’ve been doing that for quite a while with my Diablo practice arrows. My though is as long as the nock end is in good shape anything bad that might happen will happen when the head meets the target. Hunting arrows are a different story. Those only get s...

Re: Check your local Walmart
Walmart is my go to for after season sales also. The Walmart by me actually has a "Clearance" section also. If hunting gear isn't at the sporting goods section I'll take a look at the Clearance section. I have been using an App on my Iphone called "RetailMeNot". I buy electronic ...

Re: muzzy Trocar 100gr crossbow
I’ve been using Muzzy’s for years now. Started with 100 grain from my old Mathews Outback. Now using Muzzy 125 grain. Took the inset out of my Excalibur Diablo’s and replaced it with 110 grain brass inserts. I like the Muzzy’s because the fly like darts from my M380 and I can use the practice blades...

Re: New Member greetings from Wisconsin
Welcome "Just" I've got to say if you have a question chances are one of these guys can point you in the right direction. I've been making the trip to Wisconsin for the past 15 Yrs or so. Ever since my oldest son moved out there. Deer heaven. He lives in Warrens and we have been bow huntin...

Thanks fellas. Arm's length make sense. Didn't think of that. Guess I'll have to practice with both eyes open.

Handgun scope
I've noticed all kinds of scope configurations used by you guys. Has anyone tried a pistol scope on your Xbow? I was thinking of a Leupold or Bushnell Elite. Currently have a Red Dot but loose light in those last prime hunting minutes. Don't laugh too hard but I still get excited when I see a deer i...
