I shoot the Pheonix (Iam 60 years old) sounds like about the same size 5' 6". My wife shoots a Vixen and it has plenty of power (can't tell the difference between the two, but Iam sure there is) She just took a 8pt. with the Vixen. Either bow will do the job!

Sat morn my wife shot an 8 pt. This is her first deer/shot with her Vixen. I can't seem to access my Photobucket account ? Sure would like to post the pic! Been using that jig for years with no problems. Is yours indexing 120 degrees per click? What setup do you have on the nock end of your arrows ( mines a older jig and I made an adapter to work for xbow nocks)
