Nothing will scare a whitetail deer more than human BO. Even fresh out of the shower each and every one of us are loaded to the hilt with human BO, it will not wash off. In my opinion some folks concentrate too much on scent eliminating clothing (and so forth) when the clothing isn't what's causing...

Luminoks are excellent at telling you where your shot placement is. I shot a buck last year during some freezing rain ( Dont ever do that ) The bow was iced up and I didnt realize it. Anyways the bolt went high and right and stuck in the deer, out of reach for him i suppose. I could track him in the...

Another member of the red/green club! I cant see blood at all once it hits the ground. I have found that the primus blood tracker helps though. So does my great dane. CONGRATS on two excellent deer!! A hard day to beat.

I have borowed a food saver and it did the job well. I read up on them since and discovered that there are some fairly common problems with them. Bass Pro sells a heavy duty one for a decent price. When It comes to sealing a dear or two a year the extra $ spent now you wont regret later.

Prayers are sent, And the wonderful thing is, prayers can be answered. I had my own battle with the big C 10 years ago, So I know theres always hope, even when mankinds prediction is slim. Tell her to hang in there, you give up mentally and you dont stand a chance pysically.

Hey xbowkid, Its a little too new for me to look up, my computer only goes up to 2007 until i get it updated. Your air bags should have deployed if it was not a corner hit only(doesnt look like it) On the front of the car, behind the grill/bumper there is one, sometimes two sensors that deploy airba...

[quote="Fishn-Hunter"]I personaly don't like the fact that it turns alot of deer nocturnal for weeks after the shotgun hunt is finished, it makes for tough bowhunting post shotgun. I agree with fishn-hunter, I got my PAL when i got my outdoors card 4 years ago but never used it. I perfer b...

Sorry to hear about the crash. unless to were travelling at less than 15( I think it 15, if not maybe 5,) kph the air bag should have gone off. By the looks of things I would image you were going at least that  If you let me know make/modle and year I can look it up in my manuals and find out ...

Sorry to hear that R.J. I dont know if this happened during the gun hunt or not, but I find that the most litter/damage to property occurs during the gun hunt around here. Seems like any azz with a shotgun thinks its ok to hunt wherever he likes since they can be in and out so easily. I like to thin...
