If it says Excalibur its great for hunting.

After you cock your crossbow at the bottom of your treestand and you climb in buckle yourself in, don't forget to load an arrow in your crossbow. sucks to practice a dry fire on a nice deer.

My first bow was a Bear Whitetail which had 3 settings depending which wheel you put the string on. Never shot a thing or got a shot with it but had a ball trying.

No worries I do this all the time when I put on a new string to help stretch it faster. Sometimes I will leave it for a week no problems..

I was using the stock string on my 380 when I bought it in Feb. in April it was still stretching. 8 Pt. made me a couple strings and I have only had to adjust it once since April.

Even if they don't work they look good.

Sorry folks I didn't mean to start anything or say any thing bad about anyone. I have not tried a lot of different strings like a lot of you have but he made me 2 strings just out of friendship made on the web which I thought was fantastic and huge of him.
