I have heard that the quality is low and the dampers split in about 50 shots and there are no spare parts.... Does anyone have experience with the system?

I think you can buy the entire limbholding part from Excalibur as a spare part. A friend has done that to lower the limb angle on his exomax.

I have still not had time to sight in the bow, as work is killing me at the moment. Still I have had time to shoot some arrows. The first 3 grouped within 1 inch. I almost ruined the shafts... 8) The following 6 did the same... Excalibur crossbows seems quite accurate :D The first 3 arrows ever with...

Thanks for the answers.

About locklite. Is it worth it? Some people have said that it is better to tighten the screws from time to time. You should keep an eye on the bow anyway.

Thanks for the answer Bill. I just got a bit confused when sites claimed to sell the 08-version and the pattern didn't match the bow you had on your page. It even got harder when I tried to understand what quiver i should get to match the bow :). But now i know.

In Sweden we pay 2$/liter. I can't really understand how the gas can be that cheap in the states. Something tells me that most people in Sweden drive small cars there? We usually drive Volvos and Saabs. Quite big cars according to me and more then the average need for most people (I loved my small ...

Maybe that's because you just have to stick a stick into the ground to get oil. Instead the water is 2$/liter :D
