Exohunter, I remember talking with you in Birmingham, glad you like the bow and things are going well. If you ever have any questions please don't hesitate to call me. Huntman, the gator hunt was just outside of Panama City, FL. It was a bunch of fun and I would love to do it again, but it might be ...

Your target is just behind the head before the rough back skin starts. I had a shot on a 10+ foot monster but the arrow skipped off him since I shot too far back. They don't end thier little lives until on land so you're riding around with a bunch of live gators on the floor of the boat. Good thing ...

We both intend to do something with the hides which can be tanned but not cheaply from the quotes we have gotten so far. I also want to get one of the skulls for a conversatio...

Wish we had a camera....
Last Thursday we had an incredibly ironic event happen at the Excalibur factory. A 1 year old buck in velvet which was totally unafraid of humans walked up our driveway. You could actually walk right up to this guy and touch him. We even smacked him on the butt to discourage his entry but he did not...

Hi deerslayr, Digger is correct, the limbs are not the component of the crossbow which determine the draw weight or performance of your crossbow. The power stroke is the main influence on draw wieght and speed. Just changing limbs will not achieve what you are looking for. PM or call me if you need ...

Rob and I here at Excalibur are thinking it would be cool to get a gator with a crossbow. Has anybody hunted alligator with a crossbow here and if so what setup did you use? We noticed Muzzy has a gator kit with arrows, braod heads, bouy's etc. but not sure how well this setup works. We're...
