I ordered a new stringer from bowhunterssuperstore.com about a month ago. The one displayed was a blue one but they sent the new black one. The phone number for them is on the web page and it is an 800 number so you can call them and ask for the black one.

Maybe it’s that I am just dense and don’t get the argument that bow hunters have against crossbows! They say that crossbows are an unfair advantage because they are more like guns than bows? I have shot a recurve bow almost my whole life but, even when I did shoot compounds I always shot instinctive...

I’m not going to make fun. They are very good belts. Firemen and police have been wearing them for a while. I have two of them and use one of them for my side quiver. If you buy one you’ll never wear another regular belt again.

The price on the ghostblind is rather steep but I think that we could make one a lot cheaper. All that would be needed is a ridged light weight blind material and mirrored window tint. The trick of not letting the game see itself and not reflecting in the sun is simply angling the blind at 40 to 45 ...

Ok, I’ve tried to keep my mouth shut but it’s like an itch that you just have to scratch. First of all I am a newbie to this forum but I have nothing but respect for a lot of you simply because you speak your mind and don’t pull any punches. I have never failed to find the solution to a problem with...

Ted Nugget with an Excalibur Crossbow.

Here is Uncle Ted doing one of the things he does best, I'd still vote for him for President!

I couldn't stand it no more! I broke down and ordered a new cheek piece for my Phoenix tonight from Bow Hunters Superstore along with a Quiver mount. It should be here in about a week so I will be posting pictures later and let you know how I like it. Next week I will order my Excalibur Quiver and I...

Do you have your string set up right for the STS? You only want the string just touching the STS in the un-cocked position. My STS stoppers have at least an inch of material between the rod and the string. I cut my rods off to make them fit my Phoenix better and then turned the flat piece of rod to ...

I must say that I have enjoyed this. I have seen a variety of wildlife within the past 24 hours. Deer last night around 2100, about a hundred Squirells this morning at daylight and now three racoons. I love it.

Jean (pronounced 'John') Beaudroux was widely respected as the most luckiest fisherman in the parish. He always brought in a big catch; and nobody could figure out his secret. The new game warden decided he was gonna find out just what Jean's technique was, so he bought him a few beers and finally t...
