Re: Any Info On Excalibur Assassin Crossbow ???
Sorry, Id like to see a convenient portable crank cocker, on and off without tools, I was hoping for it to be a snap to change from Micro to Suppressor to Bulldog, but this don't look like an answer to any of my dreams, quite the opposite. I'd go back to the Suppressor which I did like, just wanted ...

No hunt'n fer me,,, I'm outa here
Well we have had the hottest days of the year the last week, so I ain't in the mood. I refuse to hunt when it seems like growing season,, I like hunting when the highs are below 55 ot 60, and there is frost in the morning. Then we have my Salmon grounds with no water and no fish, or very few, and hi...

I gotta agree with others,, 50% deposit or full payment to get on the list,,, I don't think the 50% is out of line if someone really want's it. The full payment would my choice, and I think I've sent payment before one has come before, if they are not willing to those terms,, I don't how they could ...

Re: Basspro and Cabela's
I gave up on Cabela's long ago,, they have become no more than a glorified Dick's in my opinion, only difference in what they sell is Cabelas has there name pasted to the same stuff Dick's sells without labels and for 1/4 the price! I don't waste my time anymore, Dick's Cabela's Bass Pro,, don't mat...

If your not getting good results with the BLUE Loctite you probably are not cleaning the threads well enough,,, male and female well enough before using it. Some like acetone some brake clea...

Re: Is modern hunting actually easier?
I think it makes hunting for me harder, unfortunately there are many that think 50 or 60 fps makes hunting easier, and along with those incorrect thoughts comes hundreds of new archers who don't know anything about hunting and runs everything out of the area before even they even have a chance to hu...

Re: adjust hunting strategy when temps 86F +
First thing I do is make sure my bow out of the vehicle,, then after breakfast I make sure the air conditioning is set to 72*, the fresh natural apple cider (this time of year) is ice cold, and the satellite receiver remote is within arms reach,,,,, then I set back and watch anything but those stupi...

Re: What do you guys climb with
I usually don't, but when I do I use the best,, my Timber Tall Super Brute,, with upgrade padded seat and backrest,,, the only problem is I seem to nod off frequently when I'm this comfortable!

I have seen some pretty poor results from two different guy's, they don't either one use them anymore,, they also break pretty easy.

Re: 350se brace HT.
I always set to 1" from rail riser seam to string on all my Matrix models, if they drop below 3/4" I reset, my poi and speed stay consistent anywhere in between that measurement, and in thousands of shots in 330's to 405's, I have never broke a limb or limb tip,,, good luck.

Re: Best Bolts/Arrows
I like Zombies or Spynal Tapps, indexed and matched in all my Excalibur the best, But I get the same results with Executioners indexed and matched in the 350 and lighter draw bows. But stiff spine gives me my best results from the heavier draw bows.
