thank you skarek ! i'll keep on trying and not give up just like bob said. this tech stuff is sometimes too much for me. i'm better with things like , a 7 1/4 blade spinning at 4400 rpm or a air powered piston driving 3" nails into wood. :oops:

the only thing i know for now is there's about about an 8.00 difference in a dozen shafts at one online store. anyway, i'll be sure to post what i find out. thanks for the reply

what size ?

i'm going to call easton today to see if the brass inserts used on gt's will fit their shafts but i don't know what size they are. does anybody out there know? i didn't get an answer on that last post and i'm wonderering if i offended anyone or it was just a tough question. p.s. if i did offend anyo...

does anyone know if the inserts we've been using on the GT Lazer ll will work on the new easton bolts. i've become a real believer in the heavy brass inserts . i still have over a dozen but if they won't work with the easton bolts i'll have to stay with gold tip. p.s. i'm assuming if the brass inser...

same with me bstout. i shoot frequently and even during a 6 month period that i wasn't shooting a lot i kept it strung with no problems. gotta love that vixen ! you're right. she is a very forgiving gal yet she's also a cold efficient killer. :wink:

i got some db bars i just can't wait to give to someone who needs them. AND i need some some aluminum inserts for my GT laser ll's i'm going to take my arrow weight way down to 335 grains. i know they'll be loud but they'll be fast too :wink:
