Stringer Question???

Can someone help an old dog with a new trick? I have used the stringer with the hard round ends that slip over the limbs but now have one with webb belt on one end. How does this fit on the limb and not slide up the limb???

It depends on where I am hunting and what my schedule is like that day or week and whether I am hunting alone or with friends.

I am not in the contest but here is some data if it is wanted. Last Tuesday about 30 minutes before dark I shot a 7 pt. The buck came into my shooting lane and started away from me down the lane. Took aim as it angled away and shot - aiming for the last rib. I could tell I hit the deer and heard it ...

Two years ago I shot a 7 pointer that had survived a broken leg. He had a limp where one leg was shorter than the other. Hoof was turned to the side & a large calloused area formed at the ankle where he walked on it.

Re: Penetration

I have tried several different homemade broadhead targets & they haven't performed well. I also bought a yellow jacket bh target and it pulls out easy but my arrows bury up onto the fletching. I read on here about stuffing old clothes in a box for a target so the other day I took an old plastic ...
