i had a 2004 and sold it after a year or so...if you're going to do a lot of trail riding, the steering is such that it will yank your arms right out of their sockets...i hit a hole one day, and smacked my finger a good one...the new 700 with the power steering is just what they needed to do with th...

Re: crossbow arrow wraps

Check out "Archerytalk.com" and look up a guy named Onestringer, I get all my wrraps from him, he's super cheap, quick shipping, good quality and he will do any design or size you want. Price usually runs around $8 per doz. i must not be charging enough i guess (8 bucks a dozen)

One of mine was a tight fit, but a couple taps with a plastic mallet seated it. The other one went in with firm pressure. i would have to say that the last set i looked at was probably 2 drill bits out in laymans terms...the rod i believe should be 3/8"...it wasn't even close...besides that if...

anybody have this problem

with the sts for excalibur crossbows...the rods that keep the rubbers are too large to fit into the receiver part that attaches to the riser...nice idea, but i couldn't begin to understand why/ or how these even got into the package... looks like a fairly well made unit, a little pricey, but...

I risk being unintentionally offensive, but I have to ask. Why spend any money on camo? The bow finish is non glare. Big game is color blind. Is it not entirely a cosmetic issue no matter whether you use tape or other means? exactly....sometimes we can't see the forest for the trees - i guess that'...

Thanks Tar Heel i've use these for years...they're great...the more tattered and battered they get, the better they work...it'll change the twang into a thud and minimi...

Thanks guys! I did the test over the phone this afternoon and I got 29 out of 30 correct. I did read the book and some notes from an instructor I know and it made a huge difference. Even though I hunt alot and have hunted for over 30 years the manual is essential to passing the test. The test wasn'...
