I usually use my Crossbow, H&R Buffalo Classic 45/70(open sights) or 1 of my many muzzleloaders(open sights) for rifle season. Sometimes I don`t even go out if I already got a deer or 2 in archery or early antlerless muzzleloader season :D Jack.

I would never take that shot. I took a 7 point with an extreme quartering away shot at 30 yards on monday. Hit him halfway back the body and it came out just inside the opposite side front leg. Man, did you see that sweet grouping of the Wasp Boss SST`s 100 gr. at 66 yards and that is why they come in the Right Stuff pack, although I only shoot at half that distance, they fly great!! Jack.

I like the Excalibur puller which screws into the back of the arrows, but it pulls out too many inserts. Dan Miller makes a nice one. Jack.

Congrats!! I took a big doe with my NEF Sidekick muzzleloader on 10-20. I love muzzleloaders just as much as my crossbow :D Jack.
