Congrats. Looks like a great time what were the temps like?

I got my own vehicle with the two part skunk cover. Must have dropped some on my boots which transfered to my truck. My wife was not impressed when I took her out to dinner that night.

I enjoy still hunting and have found myself miles from my truck when darkness falls. I normally carry 2 flashlights and spare batteries. My flashlights and gps all use the same type of batteries.

I cant count the times I have had grouse break from cover under my feet when walking out at night. Makes me jump everytime.

Nice choice in rifle. I have two savage rifles one in .17 hmr and a .243 I picked up for my daughter. Both great shooters. Very good deal for the money.

Sounds like a good recipe going to give it a try.

Ive hunted and owned 5 bows started out with a Onedia Screaming Eagle. It was fast and very loud. It was very hard to keep the recurve limbs in sync.
