When I first started crossbowing I used cut down 2213s and the worked just fine..
With a 100 grain point they wer right at the recommended weight

It is NOT a done deal yet.
The bills are in conference committee.
Anything can happen there including striking out the crossbow amendment or compromising on it.. My best guess is a "compromise"...

I posted this on another thread too. For ticks I bought from Tractor Supply a 32 ounce bottle of Carpenter Ant and Termite Killer in concentrate for $16. It has 13.3 percent permethrin in it. I can mix up almost 6 gallons of tick spray at the .5% level that is in Duranon, Sawyer's and Permanone. LOT...

"Seed ticks"? Pound for pound the meanest critter to ever walk the planet Earth..... I don't know about that. I'd take ticks over chiggers any day. At least I can see the ticks. Gary Seed ticks are about the same size as chiggers.. Anyone that has benn attacked by seed ticks will tell you...
