They hold the value very well. Usually the best used deals are where you get an entire package. As long as you can live with the scope and accessories. I would say for xbow only expect to pay at least 2/3 the new price, really for about any model or year excal. That has been my experience. I bought ...

I think a washer would cause the bolt to fly erratically.

I think you should shoot 5 field tips and get a circular error. Basically measure the group and make a circle. Anything that hits in the circle I would count as a hit. So if your field tip group is 3 inches basically anything inside that circle is flying like a field tip. And always aim at the cente...

With my family they either like to eat venison or they do not like it. No one gives me any crap about hunting though. I live in a rural area in a county that has a lot of hunters. Not to many anti's around here, but there are people that don't care for venison and the like. One of my best friends is...

I would sight it in again also. But raising your brace height probably will slow the bolt down a little, not speed it up. At least that is how I understand the physics. Should still be pretty darn close, especially at 20 yds. If you have the varizone you will most likely need to change the fps a lit...

If the serving looks ok then the string should be fine. The main problem with having the brace height so short is sometimes the string will come off, and the string slaps against the riser and chews up the serving.

I painted my sons. I used a reverse stencil technique I learned from another member. I used Krylon paint for plastic, fusion I think it was called, in camo colors.

Worked fine, don't spray too heavy or it runs.

I would almost buy another one at that price!! LOL. After I bought a vixen for my son and shot it, I really saw the advantage of such a light yet still fast xbow. With that new excal illuminated scope that would be quite a nice set up. I am trying to work out a trade on a ten point three dot illumin...

If you tell them you saw it on their Ebay store for a lower price than shown on their website, they will sell it for the same price. Been there done that. That is good news. I won't buy from them on ebay anymore, they use the extortion feedback procedure, I don't like that. They will not post posit...
