Re: Lighted knocks
I use the firenock brand and they are very tough and very good with no problems after two years of using them. They now have a battery that lasts two years. My brother used Burt Coyote brand and they are junk from what I can see.

So what has Excaliburs warranty said about the S5 rubbers ? After you contacted Peter . I have been very busy getting a QDM Co-Op invitations out for a startup meeting to have a township Co-Op started. This will pay off big in a couple of years. Re: S5 Fails quality

As time goes by, you can rotate them a few degrees so as to distribute the wear. However, if I understand that you filed the surf...

Re: Michigan deer
Go to the Michigan hunting handbook online and it should be written in it. Their website sucks, but go to www.midnr.com and you should get a answer to your question as I dont know for sure. Good luck in MI woods!!!

Re: WILD ANIMALS LOOSE IN OHIO............
bout 50 miles west of me .... crazy Those cats can cover that mileage in a few days. I was talking to a biologist about how far a buck will travel in one day during the peak of the rut. They put GPS collars on bucks to see how far they ranged out and to my shocking surprise one buck traveled 17 MIL...

Re: FPS Question
Great and thanks. So do you have your scope ring set to the 285 mark? I only had a chance to sight in to 30 yards and it is set to just under the 300 mark and it hits very close to middle. Not sure how it would shoot at 40 or 50. I would not take a shot out at 40 or 50 until I know I am sighted in ...

Re: Houston we have a problem.
If it were me I would find out what the length and thread number is from excalibur and go to the local ACE Hardware as they have a great selection of metric, standard and speciality bolts for you to get the xbow up and running for the weekend. Thats how I would resolve the problem.

I find no need for range finding scope and I wouldn't spend that coin for one, that's what my Nikon rangefinder is for.

Re: Grim Reaper Broadheads
Nothing beats a good ole very sharp fixed bladed broadhead the type you can replace the blades. Once I shoot a deer with one the blades get changed. I want razor blade sharpness. I had a guy show me with rubber bands once. You take a rubberband and stretch it betwee your thumb and forefinger then ru...

Re: Luminok For Bolts
I have been using the Firenock without any problems. They have replaceable battery's so you dont just throw the nock in the trash after the battery goes dead. They have about 60 differant color combinations you can create. Go to their web and check them out www.firenock.com
