I got the lumi-zone when it first hit the market and have had no problems with it!!

Defective string! Yup, a string that can't go where you need it to right out of the box is defective. Shoot it, and work the creep out of it, but it should be able to go where you want it to, when you want it to by twisting and untwisting it. Those two lines are optimum, the bow was designed to run...

If you are going to cock it with your hands and not a cocking aid MAKE SURE you pull back evenly if you pull one side more then the other your shot will be off!!!

and then it should be good you want to keep it by the line closest to trigger.
