Make sure everything is tight.

Shoot off a rest and sight in at 30 yards with the 30 yard pin. Then shoot at 20 yards with the main cross hair.
See how that goes.

Try sighting it in again and see how she shoots.
something may be outa wack.

You can try spinning the rings around.
Not front to back.... but if your screw that tightens the rings to the base is on the right side turn them so it's on the left side.

This usually corrects the problem.

Looks like you need new serving not a new string.

I was thinking the same thing.
Do they give additional tags in that area?

Do they sail firearms and ammo?
I don't see anything on their website.

What probably happens is people are so accustomed to seeing orange while hunting... so if they hear or see something moving in the bush and see no orange, to them it means its an animal.

Were you shooting the Easton Power Bolts at the time?
What do you have as your knocks?
Was the arrow fully seated all the way back?
