A point of interest might be that Arkansas legalized the crossbow for all hunters in 1973, three years before Ohio followed suit.

Let's think in terms of "Annual Event" with one year being held some where in USA the following year being held some where in Canada. This is really exciting! Not a bad idea about opening it up to all crossbow hunters either. It would be fun to make this tournament something to talk about.
