Good to see you here, Scott. This is a great website with some real interesting characters, but crossbowmen and ladies everyone. Any questions, ideas or thoughts about our sport that you might have, make sure to share them on the Ex-site. We would all be Ex-sited to hear them.

I would like to offer a very warm thank you to everyone that contributed on the blogs. We may not have cheated on the voting as well as our opponents did, however we bloodied their noses with our responses on the blogs. I am not sure, friends, but I think the pace of the crossbow revolution just cli...

Sumner - Perhaps a few, but the hard-core opponent is so blinded by his hatred of the crossbow, that they never will change their story. And for those the only thing we can do is shame them into the closet. Even after 30 year, Ohio has folks (I know, I have met them) that hate the crossbow cling to ...

If you read Mike's comments at the top of the 2nd blog, he mentions that if this poll hits a million it will be the largest internet poll in history. That may be what they have their sites set on. So what the heck guys lets go out and be a part of history.

I know what you mean, John. We get kind of spoiled on this site with the brotherly love and all. It's kind of nice to get dressed up and go out on the town every once in a while to see if we can still hold our own with the young bulls.

Never say Never, Bob. There is a movement afoot and the have-nots are organizing and they WILL bring about change. I believe that folks are getting tired of being shoved around by a squeaky minority that is motivated purely by self interest and fear of loss. However, to bring about change requires a...

Shortly after marrying Red some twenty-five years ago, I took her with me as I scounted for deer. As we passed through an open field of CRP acerage we came upon a deer bed. My wife squealed with excitement, "Oh look! A deer nest!" HERE'S YOUR SIGN!

I must confess that one of the neatest things about this site is watching the launch of a serious subject and then seeing how it sprials down into the proverbial crapper. Can't say as I would know what I would do without the creative genious of all the kids on the Ex-site. Ah - What the heck! Here's...

Ex-site Members - Since we are the subject of ticks, I thought I would share an email that I got several weeks ago. How to keep them off your body is one thing, what do when you strip to the buff and find out that one has attached itself to your carcass is another. Please read the following: INTERES...

ORGANIZE! ORGANIZE! ORGANIZE!

The key is to organize, Crossbow Fans. You must actively seek out those who support the crossbow and then get them to join the Wisconsin State Crossbow organization. The organization doesn’t have to meet on a monthly basis, but it must exist in some form and have an active leadership. We have done j...
