The instruction DVD that came with my bow said to wax just the serving not the string or the rail.

I use my Canoe for turkey hunting down here in the deep south.
I can slip undetected into thick BOOGER SWAMPS where them beard draggers and limbhangers hang out.
It would take all day to hike in from the road.
I just have to watch out for old no shoulders

I couldn't find the Slick Tricks either so I have ordered the 100 grn G5 Montec,cut on impact. I bought one myself and am going to Michigan with it next month.
I had the same experiance with the Vari-Zone scope that came with it (I whish it was camo) These x bows shoot awsome.
