I average around 20 feet. I'd like to be higher, but it cuts down on the area of the deers vitals to much for my taste. Lower than that and I feel exposed. Just my thoughts.

What a Storm!!!

Big ice storm hit here Friday and I just got my power back. I'm glad I have a generator to run the furnace blower motor. My furance and hotwater heater are gas, so with that and my fireplace I was able to keep the house warm. That along with a few of the lights and a radio made it liveable. My Son w...

The best part of the Hunt is when I'm 20ft. up the tree in my Summit Climber waiting for the Sun to rise. There's something special about overlooking the woods waiting for it to wake up that really puts a smile on my face.
