I average around 20 feet. I'd like to be higher, but it cuts down on the area of the deers vitals to much for my taste. Lower than that and I feel exposed. Just my thoughts.

The big brown truck just dropped off a dozen Easton 2216's yesterday. I had my 2nd carbon shatter in a deer this year. Enough is enough.

I've got it figured out to around the 12th here in my part of Missouri.

Big ice storm hit here Friday and I just got my power back. I'm glad I have a generator to run the furnace blower motor. That would really add a little excitement to this old Missouri boys hunt if I came across something like that in the big woods!!!!

The best part of the Hunt is when I'm 20ft. up the tree in my Summit Climber waiting for the Sun to rise. There's something special about overlooking the woods waiting for it to wake up that really puts a smile on my face.

That rack will make you look twice for sure.
