Re: Insert glue survey
AAE Max Impact (black), paired with Black Eagle aluminum flat nocks. I've shot those arrows dozens of time and almost always use the threaded T-handle to pull arrows. Never lost a nock yet (which happened twice on factory BEE 18"/.001 arrows).

Re: Easton FMJ vs BE Zombie Slayer
But 400 grain is perfectly acceptable for Deer. Moose, I would want heavier. What's your preferred weight for moose? I'm shooting a Matrix 380 with 18" BEE arrows topped with 150gr Slick Trick broadhead. Total weight 450gr. Range 25 yards or less. If no good broadside or neck shot available, i...

Re: This is over the top...
In AZ. One would think the wingding sounds a trail bike coming off a ridge, basically withing 30 yrds of a deer i was watch. Deer didn't even care. Deer don't care about many human sights & sounds & activity, until you stop! THEN you get their attention. If you go about your business paying...

Re: Which hard cases for Matrix?
The only down side to the tactical rifle case is everyone at the airport will KNOW it is a firearm even though it isn’t. Be prepared for some “ discussions”☹️ We're driving to the point of float plane, and the only thing pilot checks is weight. But, when I used to fly commercial with shotguns, I us...

Re: Which hard cases for Matrix?
I think I use a 28" Savior case for my Axe. These types of cases are excellent for carrying the bow and all the extras one might need while on a hunt. Take care Hatchet Never considered taking down my Matrix. I've heard others do it regularly, but I have not been able to bring myself to do it....

Which hard cases for Matrix?
Just might be taking Matrix 380 to Canada for moose hunt (very fitting, eh? Canadian product to whack a canadian moose 8) ) Which hard cases best fit Matrix family? I saw a Plano (can't recall model) at Cabela's over the weekend, but it comes with two tiny rectangles of foam and that's it. Cabela's ...

Re: Just had a visit from the MNR
Most states have an unlimited season on wild pigs. Hopefully they don't become established as they are in Saskatchewan but, if they do, MNR will establish an unlimited season in Canada as well.
Are there any other predators/overpopulated species which have open season yearround in Canada?

Re: Food plots
I am certainly no expert but, I think the only problem with that if you're planting brassicas, they will crowd out others because they grow so fast and produce a bio toxin that acts like a herbicide that inhibits growth of other plants. That bio toxin is not as powerful as a herbicide though. I no ...
