My Axiom doesnt have the studs but it is drilled & tapped.You shouldn't have to move the quiver mount.

I shoot Muzzy 125 3blade fixed BHs & they have same POI as my FPs. But I did have to refletch with 2" Bohning Blazers to make it happen.
