Re: compound bow dimensions?
I would assume that you have a bow to put in it. Use these dimensions. You assumed wrong. I do not own a vert. bow. I am going to be making a cabinet, to be mounted on the wall. It is for a fundraiser, so I am hoping to make the cabinet suitable/useable for most compound bows. The inside dim...

Re: excalibur true or false ? food for thought...
The holes serve three purposes. One: is to reduce weight. Two: is to increase cooling as a result of intense rapid fire. Three: is so we have something to talk about when there is no deer season and we are just under two months to turkey season.

compound bow dimensions?
Hey guys/gals I am thinking of making a wall mounted bow case, out of iron of course. What I need are some dimensions to work with. Overall length, overall depth(including stabilizer?) and overall width, excluding quiver. Although I could use the measurements on some quivers. Also, what would you th...

An awesome fundraiser!!
Last year around this time there was a thread about a fundraiser for a little boy named Chase. Well this year there is another, with a bigger crowd, bigger celebrity showing. If you are interested please follow the link; http://s1.zetaboards.com/Hunting_Confessions/topic/4120509/1/ . If you enjoy th...

Re: Sirrup protection
Is it pretty? nope!! But it works. My foot stirrup has been covered up for 7-8 years now. I used some foam then wrapped it with, yes I dared, camo tape. The sole purpose was to make the front end quiet. It works!!! I have not had to put new tape or foam on the bow. There won't be any scratches either.

Re: Do crossbows shoot bolts or arrows?
Crossbows shoot arrows.
Vertical bows shoot arrows.
That's what makes them both archery equipment.

Re: SLEEP NUMBER BEDS- AN INTRODUCTION
Someone must think us hunters are sleep deprived.
Seeing as how I seem to fall asleep on the couch almost on a daily basis, maybe mr. jamescarol31256canfindanotherhobbyandgetonwithlife, could recommend a really comfy couch. Any suggestions??

Re: Strong Deer (Deer that get away after a solid hit)
also keep in mind how far a deer can get in 3-10 seconds in a full all out death run! Even on a heart shot... . Yep. The buck I shot in 2009 had the arrow go through the heart, lungs, liver, and the top of the gut, exiting out the off side. Yet he still managed, after an initial belly flop, run ful...
