I have an Exocet 200 and have shot the slicks they shoot really well out of it. pretty much right on with field tips, very little difference in POI

what string do you use and why?? and how long have you been using this particular type of string?? I know that the different types of strings will effect speed and noise, and some are easier on the limbs than others ,, but how much longer will your limbs last from using a Dacron Flemish or Endless L...

I have been told not to because the wax is just a dirt and grit magnet and will build up in your trigger and cause your serving to seperate.

yet the Excal video says to wax the string..

First off what type of crossbow are you shooting??? I know TenPoints has a rail lube they reccomend using and they warn against waxing your serving as it will biuld up in your triggerbox and cause problems down the road,, check your owners manual and see what it says and go by it, if you do not have...

What kind of havoc would it cause the limbs to a crossbow be it a compound or a recurve I have read post where a dryfire had cracked and split limbs,, would think a string breaking would do more damage, becaus of their being nogthing to slow down the forward limb momentum..

Isnt it something how the carbon arrows fuse togather when you get a Robinhood,, nice shoot ..
