Cocking your bow
I had the same concerns in my situation my first bow was a 150 Parker couldn't use the rope cocker so I got the crank no problem then I got an Excaliber 225 equinox with the crank and it cranks easier than the 150 I think mostly because you don't get to the heavy part till the very end the only bad ...

Who shoots an Equinox or any of the other 225 lb. bows? How often do you have to change strings or reserve? Are they substantialy louder than say a 200lb. draw? Well it's 6; 45 here in Ind. lightning is crashun and thunder boomun and I just don't think getting in a aluminum tree stand wood be prudent I may try to sneak back over the hill between down pours and get in my blind supposed to rain today AND tomorrow Have fun. Fred
