Where can I find info on what is required to get a non-resident hunting license for PA?

Could only find fees on the PA Game Commission site

Also are crossbows allowed?

There prices on Gorilla Treestands are also out to lunch compared with anywhere else.

Baby Gorilla was $139 last year & most everywhere else was between $59 & $89

They would not even price match on these.
