I have a Exocet 200 ordered and have a question concerning adding a S5 String Shock Sound Suppression System since it doesn't come with it as a stock item

Do they make a big difference in the sound?

If it doesn't make that much difference I'd just as soon save the cash.

How do you beef up a crossbow bolt from 400 gr to 600 gr? I've heard of arrow tubes that you insert inside the arrow, as well as brass inserts. Are there other ways?
